Thank you to everyone who volunteered at and attended this year's Fall Fest!
We are so appreciative of your support. It was a wonderful event with delicious food, incredible music, and lots of fun on the carnival rides. It truly took our whole community to make Fall Fest such a success! 

All-School Mass Today: Scholars in 5K-8th Grade will be attending our all-school Mass at 8:30 a.m. today. Students must be in uniform. All are welcome to attend! 

Room Parent Meeting: If you signed up to be a Room Parent for your child's homeroom, please attend our Room Parent Meeting tonight at 6:30 p.m. in the STEM Room. 
 

Pizza Lunch: Our 8th Graders are sponsoring our pizza lunch fundraiser on Wednesday, September 17! Please print and submit the order form to the School Office by tomorrow, September 12. No hot lunch will be served that day. Sorry, no late orders will be accepted.   Fall Dress Down Pass Sale: Dress down passes are for sale through the Home & School Association! Please fill out the order form and return along with payment (cash or check only) to the School Office by Friday, September 19. Note: no change will be given; please send in the exact amount owed.  Homework Club: We're excited to announce our Homework Club is returning this year! Is your child interested in being a peer mentor/tutor? Do you have a younger student who might need homework help? Please check out our mentor/tutor sign-up sheet for more information for students in 6th-8th Grade and our sign-up sheet for students in 1st-5th Grade.

Family Handbook: The 2025-2026 School Family Handbook is available to review. Please take a moment to read the handbook and sign the Family Handbook Review form. Turn in completed forms to the School Office by tomorrow, September 12. 

2025-2026 Mass Schedule: The Mass schedule for the 2025-2026 school year is available! It lists when school Masses are being celebrated and which homeroom is in charge of each Mass. Please be sure to save a copy of this information!

Birthday Book Club: Celebrate your child's birthday by donating a new, pre-selected book to our school library! Check out the Birthday Book Club flier for more information and to sign up.

Women of Christ: All women of St. Charles are invited to the Women of Christ Conference on Saturday, November 15! The event will be held at the Brookfield Conference Center from 8:45 a.m.-5 p.m. This year's theme is "Anchored in Hope."
