Server Re-training & Orientation: Servers (including Leads) are invited to attend re-training and orientation as we prepare for the opening of our new church! Please visit our sign-up page to register.
Reconciliation Opportunities: Students in 3rd-8th Grade are invited to attend Reconciliation on Wednesday, February 21! School parents have an opportunity for Reconciliation on Thursday, February 22 from 10-11 a.m. in the church. Please enter through the parish's main entrance doors.
Cheer on Basketball: Come out and join our cheerleaders in supporting and cheering for our 7th and 8th Grade basketball teams! The cheerleaders will be bringing the energy at the following home games with a new halftime performance: February 18 at 1 p.m. (7th Grade boys), February 25 at 12 p.m. (8th Grade boys), March 2 at 1:30 p.m. (8th Grade girls), and March 3 at 12 p.m. (7th Grade girls). Go Crusaders!
Butter Braid Sale: We are excited to announce that our Butter Braid Sale is back just in time for your Easter celebrations! Purchase your Butter Braids and Wooden Spoon Cookie Dough from February 19-March 8. Pastry and cookie dough pickup will be on Tuesday, March 19 from 4:30-6 p.m. at the West Gym entrance. Orders must be picked up that day. More information will be in Sunday's Week Ahead email!

Sweet Dreams Dining Out: We are excited to announce that our Home & School Association is partnering with Sweet Dreams in Hartland for monthly dining out opportunities! Please stop by anytime between 11 a.m.-8 p.m. on Monday, February 19 and let staff know you are there for St. Charles' Dining Out. We will receive at least 10% of sales that day!
Join Our Stage Crew: We are looking for middle schoolers who are interested in working on Stage Crew to help make our spring musical amazing! Please fill out the registration form and return it with payment to the School Office by Friday, February 23. More details will follow upon registration. Show dates are May 18 at 1 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. as well as May 19 at 3 p.m.
Support Our Gala: Please consider donating an auction item to help raise funds for our parish and school! Sporting tickets, signed memorabilia, shows, entertainment, outdoor activities, really awesome tools, golf or sports equipment or outings, and religious keepsakes are always appreciated. Please visit our Gala website for the donation form. Tickets for the Gala will go on sale on Monday, February 19. Gather your friends to fill a table and get ready to show off your glamorous side!

Camp Counselors Needed: Hartland's Recreation Department is looking for summer camp counselors! Please contact Sara Rennekamp, Recreation Director, via email for more information about these part-time positions from June 1-August 2.
