NEWS & NOTES
Mass Today: Students will attend our all-school Mass today at 8:30 a.m.! Scholars may wear their Sunday best or their uniforms. Please join us!
Early Release: Students will be released at 11:45 a.m. today as we celebrate the last day of school!
Medications Reminder: If your child has any medications stored in our Health Room, please stop by the School Office to pick them up by 11:45 a.m. today.
Lost & Found: Don't forget to check the Lost & Found outside of the School Office if your child has lost anything throughout the year! Unclaimed items will be donated tomorrow.
Staffing Update: We have a few staff updates to share as we end the 2025-2026 school year. We are extremely thankful for the time and talents these individuals have shared with our community. We are always sad to see staff depart, and we wish them all the best as they move on to their next chapters!
- Mrs. Diane Grolemund (Middle School Science) will be retiring after over twenty years at St. Charles. We are excited for her but will greatly miss her and everything she does for our staff and students (the list is long!). Happy retirement, Mrs. Grolemund, you deserve it!
- Ms. Kaitlyn Halverson (5K Teacher) will be moving out of state at the end of the school year. We wish her and her family the best as they begin their new adventure!
- Mrs. Julie Keenan (2nd Grade Aide) has made the tough decision to pursue a new path after twelve years at St. Charles. We are beyond grateful for the work she has done for the students of St. Charles!
- Ms. Mary Beauchamp (5K Aide) will be moving on from St. Charles after assisting our 5K program for the past two years. Thank you for sharing your love for Christ with some of our youngest learners!
- Mrs. Cindy Waszak (Lunchroom Supervisor) will still be around St. Charles helping out with our Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program but will not be in the lunchroom next year. We are appreciative of her supervising our busy lunch periods these past two years!
Buddy Families Needed: We are still in need of additional Buddy Families! Being a Buddy Family is a fun opportunity to earn volunteer hours while helping our incoming St. Charles families feel welcome. You will be matched with a new family to help answer any questions they may have before and during the school year. Please email Jody Gottsacker, our Buddy Family Coordinator, with any questions and/or to become a Buddy Family.
Summer Office Hours: Our School Office will be open from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays throughout this summer.
Golf Outing: Thank you to everyone who attended and supported this year's Golf Outing! Everyone had a wonderful time on the green, and we were blessed with perfect weather. A special thank you to Ashley Leonhard and the Athletic Association for coordinating this beloved event!
