Nine of our middle-school students recently competed in the MATHCOUNTS Regional Competition at UW-Milwaukee!
Eleven schools from the Waukesha Chapter and fifteen schools from the Milwaukee Chapter participated. Congratulations to 8th Graders Erika and Harrison; 7th Graders Blake, Dylan, Jon, and Zach; 6th Graders Ashley, Charlotte, and Elin; and MATHCOUNTS coach Kathy Mullen. Jon will be advancing to the State Competition on Saturday, March 14 at the Acuity Insurance Center in Sheboygan. We are so proud of these students for their accomplishments and achievements in mathematics! 
NEWS & NOTES
Dress Down Day TomorrowStudents and staff are welcome to wear pink, red, and white clothing tomorrow, February 13 in honor of Valentine's Day!
 
Olympics Watch Party: St. Charles alumna Jadin O'Brien is representing Team USA at this year's Winter Olympics in the Two-Woman Bobsled event! There will be a watch party to cheer her on at Brewfinity Pewaukee on Friday, February 20 at 11 a.m. and on Saturday, February 21 at noon. For more information, check out the flyer
REMINDERS
Pizza Lunch: Our 7th Graders are sponsoring our pizza lunch fundraiser on Wednesday, February 18! Please print and submit the order form to the School Office by tomorrow, February 13Please note that only cheese pizza will be served that day since it is Ash Wednesday. No late orders will be accepted. 

Lost & Found: Our Lost and Found is overflowing with items such as water bottles, lunchboxes, clothing, and winter gear. If your child has lost anything recently, please stop by the Lost and Found outside of the School Office. Unclaimed items will be donated to St. Vincent de Paul tomorrow afternoon. 

Seminary Basketball Tournament: The sixth annual De Sales Invitational will be held this weekend (February 13-15) in the Bucks gym at the Mary, Mother of the Church Pastoral Center! Eighteen seminaries from around the country will compete in this beloved basketball tournament. Come cheer on seminarian Tim Heyrman and all of the seminarians at St. Francis de Sales Seminary! Qdoba Dining Out: Our Home & School Association is excited to partner with Qdoba for a Dining Out opportunity on Tuesday, February 17 from 4-8 p.m. at the Delafield location! In order for us to receive proceeds from this fundraiser, you must present the flyer in store or use the promo code on the flyer for online orders. We will receive 25% of sales that evening. Treat your family for Taco Tuesday while supporting our school!

Love hosting? Make an impact by becoming a Buy-In Party host at this year=E2=80=99s Roman Holiday Gala! Past favorites include wine dinners, boat cruises, backyard BBQs, and small socials or fun tutorials that friends beg you to share! Volunteer Opportunities: Below are our current volunteer opportunities. Please consider giving your time to St. Charles! Don't forget, volunteers must complete Safe Environment training before they can volunteer in the school!
COMMUNITY NEWS
Hartland Library Book Sale: The Hartland Public Library will be hosting their Book Sale from March 2-6 in the Ice Age Trail room. Items such as books, materials, media, and gently-used furniture will be available. This is a wonderful way to support our local library!

Girl Scouts Day Camp: Girls in the Arrowhead area are invited to register for the Girl Scouts Day Camp from August 10-14 at Chinook Program Center! For more information and to sign up, please view their flyer
