Parking Lot Reminder: Please remember to slow down in our parking lot. Be aware of pedestrians, especially around snowbanks and in crosswalks. Thank you for helping keep our students, staff, and parishioners safe!

Re-enrollment Update: Re-enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year will open on Thursday, December 11. You will receive an email through FACTS from Principal Garvey with instructions on how to complete enrollment for your child. Families will also be able to submit applications for children who do not currently attend St. Charles at that time. Re-enrollment packets and new student applications are due by Friday, January 9. Families who do not currently attend St. Charles will be able to submit applications during our open enrollment period starting Thursday, January 15. 

Pizza Lunch: Our 8th Graders are sponsoring our pizza lunch fundraiser on Wednesday, December 17! Please print and submit the order form to the School Office by Friday, December 12. No hot lunch will be served that day. Sorry, no late orders will be accepted.  

Open House: We are looking forward to welcoming prospective families at our Open House on Sunday, January 11 from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. If you are interested in greeting families and/or showing them around our campus, please sign up to volunteer. We appreciate your help!

SCRIP Gift Cards Available: Our Home & School Association will be selling SCRIP gift cards after all Masses the weekends of December 6 and 7 and December 13 and 14 in the narthex. Buying SCRIP is a great way to support our parish and school while crossing items off your shopping list!

Advent Service Project: We are partnering with Our Lady of Grace Academy, a 4K-8th Grade Catholic school in Racine, to create care packages for their classrooms. The goal of this project is to lessen the burden of food insecurity as well as some basic needs for the students attending Our Lady of Grace Academy. Your donations will be greatly appreciated by both teachers and students. Please consider donating an item or items that are assigned to your student=E2=80=99s grade level. We will be accepting donations from Friday, December 5 through Wednesday, December 17. During our Spirit Group activity on Thursday, December 18, students will work together to pack boxes with the various donated supplies along with homemade Christmas wishes. Thank you in advance for your consideration, and please keep the students of Our Lady of Grace Academy in your prayers this Advent season.

Advent Silent Entrance/Exit: As we prepare for the birth of Jesus throughout Advent, we will bookend the week with silent entrance and silent dismissal. As students enter school on Monday mornings, the dimmed lights will remind them to remain silent as they get ready for the day. On Fridays, students will leave their classrooms in silence. We ask scholars to maintain this silence until they are in the car or on the bus. The first silent exit will be tomorrow, December 5!

Mom's Favorite Things Gift Exchange: Join our Home & School Association on Tuesday, December 9 from 6-7:30 p.m. in the STEM Room for our annual Mom=E2=80=99s Favorite Things event! Please register online to participate in a fun evening of friendship, snacks, and a little gift exchange!

School Musical Parent Meeting: In preparation for our January auditions for Junie B. Jones The Musical Jr., there will be a mandatory parent-only meeting on Wednesday, December 10 at 6 p.m. in the STEM Room. Parents of 3rd-8th Graders, please join us to find out more about this incredible opportunity!

Ski & Snowboard Club: Registration is open for this year's Ski & Snowboard Club! Students, parents, and parish members are all welcome to join. Please check out our website for more information and to register by Friday, December 12. 

Give to the Gala: Support our beloved parish and school by giving to the Gala! The Live & Silent Auction returns to this year's Gala, and your donated items, packages, or experiences make a real difference. Guests will bid on everything from fine dining and elegant getaways to handcrafted treasures and family adventures =E2=80=94 generously provided by school families, parishioners, and local businesses. Every contribution sustains the mission and ministries of St. Charles, helping us serve others with faith, compassion, and love. Mullett Ice Center Updates: The Mullett Ice Center is offering public skating opportunities throughout Christmas Break. Please check out their flyer for more information including about Parent/Tot Free Skate Sessions and Learn to Skate Classes. 

First Stage Premiere Event: First Stage's world premiere performances of "The Pigeon Gets a Big Time Holiday Extravaganza" run through Sunday, December 28!
