NEWS & NOTES
Immunization Records Due: If you haven't turned in your child's immunization records yet to the School Office, please submit them by end of day today. We have to send this information to the state, and it is required for all students. Please contact the School Office with any questions.
Trunk or Treat: Our Home & School Association is hosting Trunk or Treat again this year! The event will be held on Friday, October 24 from 6-7 p.m. in our West Lot. For more information and to sign up by October 17, please check out the registration flier.
Parent/Teacher Conferences: Please save the dates for Parent/Teacher Conferences on November 6 and 7! Conferences will be held on Thursday, November 6 from 12:30-7 p.m. and on Friday, November 7 from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Sign-up information will be in next week's Rundown email.
Jingle Shop: We are excited to announce that the Jingle Shop is returning this year on Wednesday, December 3! This is a wonderful event for students because they get to shop during the school day for Christmas gifts for their loved ones. They love giving hand-picked Christmas gifts to their family members! To help make this a successful event, we are welcoming donations of gifts, wrapping paper, or gift cards. If you donate gift cards, the Jingle Shop elves will use them to buy items for students to choose from. This a great reason to purchase SCRIP, as well! Please drop off all donations to the School Office labeled Jingle Shop. There will be a box in front of the office for donations. Thank you for supporting this event!

REMINDERS
Pizza Lunch: Our 8th Graders are sponsoring our pizza lunch fundraiser on Wednesday, October 15! Please print and submit the order form to the School Office by tomorrow, October 10. No hot lunch will be served that day. Sorry, no late orders will be accepted.
Trivia Night: Trivia Night is back! We are looking for volunteers to help with this fun event, which will take place on Saturday, November 15. Teams will be able to register in early October. If you are interested in volunteering, please visit our sign-up page.
Women of Christ: All women of St. Charles are invited to the Women of Christ Conference on Saturday, November 15! The event will be held at the Brookfield Conference Center from 8:45 a.m.-5 p.m. This year's theme is "Anchored in Hope."
