We are so proud of the Class of 2026 and can't wait to see what the future holds for them. Please keep these scholars in your prayers as they help lead our school this year!
NEWS & NOTES
All-School Mass Today: Scholars in 5K-8th Grade will be attending our all-school Mass at 9 a.m. today. Students must be in uniform. All are welcome to attend! 

Family Handbook: The 2025-2026 School Family Handbook is now available. Please take a moment to read the handbook and sign the Family Handbook Review form. Turn in completed forms to the School Office by Friday, September 12

Offices Closed: As a reminder, we will not have school tomorrow, September 5 due to Fall Fest. The School Office will be closed, and the Parish Office will close at 12 p.m. 

Fall Fest Pick-up/Drop-off Procedures: Our temporary drop-off and pick-up procedures are in place through Tuesday, September 9. Our regular procedures will resume on Wednesday, September 10. Thank you for your help in keeping our students and staff safe!

Safe Environment Training: Are you interested in volunteering in our school throughout this year? All volunteers must complete Safe Environment Training through the Archdiocese of Milwaukee prior to signing up. We are hosting a training session on Wednesday, September 10 from 6-9 p.m. Please visit the Archdiocese's website for more information and to register. 

Women of Christ: All women of St. Charles are invited to the Women of Christ Conference on Saturday, November 15! The event will be held at the Brookfield Conference Center from 8:45 a.m.-5 p.m. This year's theme is "Anchored in Hope." REMINDERS
Fall Fest Food Drive: Fall Fest wants to give back to our community by stocking our Food Pantry's shelves! We will be holding a Food Drive with the opportunity for three students to win an all-weekend wristband for carnival rides at the event. Please check out the flyer to learn more about the Food Drive, which ends today

School Directory: The final version of the 2025-2026 school directory is available! Please save a copy of this information for future reference.

2025-2026 Mass Schedule: The Mass schedule for the 2025-2026 school year is available! It lists when school Masses are being celebrated and which homeroom is in charge of each Mass. 

Birthday Book Club: Celebrate your child's birthday by donating a new, pre-selected book to our school library! Check out the Birthday Book Club flier for more information and to sign up.

Hot Lunch & Milk Program: If you would like your child to participate in the hot lunch program and/or to receive milk during snack time, please register for an account with Kettle Moraine. Visit their website and select Parochial Schools for more information. 

New Altar Servers: Are you interested in Altar Serving? Are you feeling called to serve? St. Charles is welcoming new Altar Servers in 5th Grade and up to join the ministry. Fill out the New Altar Server Interest Form to learn more. Fr. Aaron Siehr will connect with you to learn more about your interest and invite you to our upcoming New Altar Server trainings!

Returning Altar Servers: Our Associate Pastor Fr. Aaron Siehr and St. Charles seminarians Tim Heyrman and Jake Lozon are hosting Returning Altar Server trainings this September and October. All servers looking to remain active in the Altar Server ministry are required to attend. Visit the sign-up page to register for these Fall trainings!
