NEWS & NOTES
All-School Mass Today: Our 8th Grade Commissioning Mass will be at 8:30 a.m. today. Students must be in uniform. All are welcome to attend! 

School Directory: The final version of the 2025-2026 school directory is now available! Please save a copy of this information for future reference.

2025-2026 Mass Schedule: The Mass schedule for the 2025-2026 school year is available! It lists when school Masses are being celebrated and which homeroom is in charge of each Mass. 

Birthday Book Club: Celebrate your child's birthday by donating a new, pre-selected book to our school library! Check out the Birthday Book Club flier for more information and to sign up.

Fall Fest Pick-up/Drop-off Procedures: Our drop-off and pick-up procedures will be changing temporarily starting Tuesday, September 2 due to Fall Fest setup and cleanup. Please review our temporary procedures and the drop-off/pick-up map prior to Tuesday. Thank you for your help in keeping our students and staff safe!

Volunteer in Our Library: Are you interested in volunteering in our Library throughout the school year? Please fill out the interest form, and Mrs. Rasmussen will contact you. 

Youth Choir Ministers to Homebound: Our Youth Choir (3rd & 4th Grade) were honored to be asked to sing three Masses for the sick and homebound for Heart of the Nation ministries. These Masses are aired throughout the world and can be accessed online. We are very proud of the beautiful job the students did. The air dates of these Masses are September 7 and 14. For more information about Youth Choir, contact Peg Kasun via email.
REMINDERS
Fall Fest Food Drive: Fall Fest wants to give back to our community by stocking our Food Pantry's shelves! We will be holding a Food Drive with the opportunity for three students to win an all-weekend wristband for carnival rides at the event. Please visit the flyer to learn more about the Food Drive, which will be held next week

Hot Lunch & Milk Program: If you would like your child to participate in the hot lunch program and/or to receive milk during snack time this year, please register for an account with Kettle Moraine. Visit their website and select Parochial Schools for more information. 

Fall Fest Bags Tournament: Teams are invited to register for this year=E2=80=99s bags tournament on Saturday, September 6 at Fall Fest! It=E2=80=99s a great way to meet new people and have some fun in a competitive tournament for cash prizes. Please visit the Fall Fest website to sign up.

Band and Orchestra Information: Band is open to students in 5th-8th Grade, and String Orchestra is open to students in 2nd-8th Grade. New Altar Servers: Are you interested in Altar Serving? Are you feeling called to serve? St. Charles is welcoming new Altar Servers in 5th Grade and up to join the ministry. Fill out the New Altar Server Interest Form to learn more. Fr. Aaron Siehr will connect with you to learn more about your interest and invite you to our upcoming New Altar Server trainings!

Returning Altar Servers: Our Associate Pastor Fr. Aaron Siehr and St. Charles seminarians Tim Heyrman and Jake Lozon are hosting Returning Altar Server trainings this September and October. All servers looking to remain active in the Altar Server ministry are required to attend. Arrowhead Grade School Run: Arrowhead High School is hosting their Grade School Run on Wednesday, September 24 at 5 p.m. For more information about the run, please check out their flyer. Contact Brianna Rasmussen with your child's name and grade level to sign them up.
