Thank you for your incredible generosity this past Saturday at the annual St. Charles Parish and School Gala!
At the Gala, we announced our plans to relocate our School Office to the front of the building during the Paddle Raise portion of the evening. These funds will go directly to the office relocation project. School safety remains our top priority, and taking this next step will allow us to provide a more secure and controlled entrance to our building.

To avoid processing fees, you may also drop off a check (with Paddle Raise in the memo line) to the School Office.

Tech Crew Opportunity: All 5th-8th Grade students are invited to be a part of our Alice in Wonderland Jr. tech crew! This is a wonderful opportunity for scholars to help with building sets and working backstage. Please visit our website for more information and to sign up.

Padre Pep Rally: We will be cheering on our 8th Grade boys' basketball team on Friday, March 7 at 2:30 p.m. as they prepare to go to the Padre Serra Tournament! 

Second Trimester Ending: Our second trimester will be ending on Friday, March 7. Keep an eye out for report cards coming home on March 19!

Track & Field Starting: Track and Field season is almost here! Registration is open for 5th-8th Graders and will close on Saturday, March 1. Please check out the flyer for more information and visit our website to sign up.

FACTS District Code: FACTS has changed their login procedures. You will now be prompted to enter the District Code when you try to log in, which is STCS-WI. Please save this information as their system will ask you to enter it every time you log in.

2025 Men of Christ Conference: Men are invited to attend the Men of Christ Conference on Saturday, March 29 at the Shattuck Music Center at Carroll University! This year's theme is "Courage Under Fire," and the morning will feature well-known speakers, Mass, Adoration, Confession, and fellowship. Visit their website for more information and to register. 

Virtue Baseball: Registration is open through March 31 for boys (5K-12th Grade) and girls (5K-2nd Grade) for Virtue Baseball! No previous playing experience is required. To learn more and/or register, please visit their website. 

Assisted Listening Instructions: Our Worship Team has updated the "Assisted Listening Instructions" guide to reflect the new version of the WebCAST app for 2025. These new user-friendly instructions include a new table of contents, sub sections for iPhone, Android, and St. Charles provided devices, troubleshooting tips, and Worship Team contact information. Also, a new short video is available to walk you through how to download the WaveCAST app and connect to St. Charles' Assisted Listening (ASL) Wi-Fi network with ease. Don't miss how to instantly increase the volume from your smartphone with a simple swipe of your fingertip!
