MISSION STATEMENT: St. Charles Parish School in Hartland, Wisconsin nourishes and grows a vibrant Catholic community committed to innovation, responsiveness and compassion as it prepares and challenges students in their intellectual, spiritual and moral lives.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at our Spring Concert last week!
It was our first concert in the new Church, and it was wonderful to see such full pews that evening. Students had a great time performing and loved sharing their favorite songs with the audience. A huge thank you to Mrs. Revers, our Music Teacher, and Dr. Mathews, our parish's Music Director, for making the concert such a success!
NEWS & NOTES
VIP Day: Thank you to the Home & School Association for hosting our VIP Day last week! Scholars loved showing their VIPs their homerooms and the new Church. We'd also like to thank all of the parents who volunteered at the event and/or brought in donuts and beverages. We appreciate your help!

Staffing Update: We are excited to announce the hiring of Hannah Bruskiewicz, our new Reading Specialist! Hannah previously taught 4K for eight years and has spent the last two years as the Reading Specialist at Christ King School in Wauwatosa. She is thrilled to be joining the team at St. Charles and is looking forward to continuing our strong approach to literacy instruction. A couple of fun facts about Mrs. Bruskiewicz is that she attended St. Charles as a student, and Donna Ceschi, her mom, is one of our longtime teaching assistants.

Dress Down Day: The Student Council is hosting a beach-themed dress down day on Tuesday, May 14!

After-School Care: After-school care registration for new families will open in the coming weeks. Please keep an eye out for more information in future Rundown emails. Spots are limited and are first come, first served. A waiting list will be started once the program is full.
