NEWS & NOTES
Applications Open: The 2024-2025 new student application is now open for current school families! If you have a child who doesn't attend St. Charles who you are interested in enrolling next year, you are invited to apply before it opens to the general public on Tuesday. Please contact Ms. Caswell with any questions. Please note that we expect many grade levels to fill quickly!
Re-enrollment: Don't forget to complete your re-enrollment through FACTS! Please submit your family's re-enrollment packet by Monday, January 15. New families will be able to start the enrollment process on Tuesday, January 16. We cannot guarantee a space for your child after January 15, so please do not miss the deadline!
No School: There is no school on Monday, January 15 due to an offsite Staff Retreat. The School and Parish Offices will be closed and will reopen on Tuesday, January 16 at 8 a.m.
School Mass Update: Starting next week, we will have School Masses on Wednesdays and Fridays instead of Tuesdays and Thursdays to accommodate recent changes with the Worship Team. Parents are welcome to attend! Mass begins at 8:30 a.m.
Volleyball Uniforms: If you haven't turned in your child's volleyball uniform yet, please drop it off in the School Office as soon as possible.
Knights of Columbus Thank You: We'd like to extend a big thank you to Mike Voss and the Knights of Columbus Council #3562 for their continued support of St. Charles Parish School. With their generous donation, we were able to purchase an online math program to assist students in 1st-5th Grade with increasing their math fluency. Additionally, with the Knights' support, we purchased a literacy assessment tool that will help teachers make adjustments to intervention needs in a more responsive manner. We are very grateful!
