NEWS & NOTES

String Orchestra: Registration for the second semester of our String Orchestra is open! New enrollers and beginners are welcome to join. Please check out our overview of information and submit the enrollment form by tomorrow, January 5 if you are interested.

Father-Daughter Dance: Our Home & School Association invites you to our Father-Daughter Dance on Saturday, January 20 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.! The cost is $30 per family. Please return the registration form with payment to the School Office by Wednesday, January 17.

Open House Volunteers: We are in need of volunteers to help welcome guests to St. Charles during our Open House on Sunday, January 21 from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m.! Please visit our volunteer page for more information.

REMINDERS

Pizza Lunch: Our next pizza lunch fundraiser is on Wednesday, January 10! It is sponsored by our 7th Grade class. Please print and submit the order form to the School Office by tomorrow, January 5. Sorry, no late orders will be accepted.

Re-enrollment: Re-enrollment is open through FACTS! Please complete your family's re-enrollment packet by Monday, January 15. New families will be able to start the enrollment process on Tuesday, January 16.

Culver's Night Out: Culver's Night Out is on Monday, January 8 from 5-8 p.m. at the Hartland location! Are you interested in volunteering that night or on a different date? Please visit our sign-up page to check out upcoming opportunities!

Quiet Outside Chapel: If you attend Daily Mass on weekdays, please observe silence outside the Chapel during Adoration hours. Our Adorers appreciate it!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

We are especially in need of Lunch Room and Recess help each day! Please consider volunteering during the lunch hour and taking an opportunity to spend time with your child(ren) and their friends during the school day.

Please remember that volunteers must complete Safe Environment training before they can volunteer in the school!
