Immunization Forms Required: Per the State of Wisconsin's Department of Health Services, we need to have Immunization Record Forms on file for every student. Please note that these forms need to be submitted annually. If your child has received immunizations, please complete the form, check the appropriate box(es), and fill in your signature and date at the bottom of the page. If your child has not been immunized, please check the appropriate boxes at the bottom of the page and include your signature and the date. This form needs to be on file in the School Office ASAP in accordance with the state's requirements. Please contact the School Office with any questions. 

Homework Club: We're excited to announce our Homework Club is returning this year! Is your child interested in being a peer mentor/tutor? Do you have a younger student who might need homework help? Please visit our mentor/tutor sign-up sheet for more information for students in 6th-8th Grade and our homework club sign-up sheet for students in 1st-5th Grade.
 

Birthday Book Club: Celebrate your child's birthday by donating a new, pre-selected book to our school library! Visit the Birthday Book Club flier for more information and to sign up.

School Directory: The final version of the 2023-2024 school directory is now available! Please save this document for future reference. It will not be available on our website due to Safe Environment protocols. 

Fall Dress Down Pass Sale: The HSA is offering the purchase of dress down passes for the first semester, payable by either check or cash. Please fill out the order form and return along with payment to the School Office by Friday, September 22. Please note that no change will be given; please send in the exact amount owed.

Kwik Trip Bonus: There is a Kwik Trip SCRIP bonus for the month of September with 9% for gas and 15% for food! 

SCRIP Reload Bonus: Meijer will have an upcoming SCRIP reload bonus during the Raise Days bonus event from September 21-22! Purchase reloadable Meijer cards now to reload during the bonus days. 

Trivia Night: Trivia Night is back this year! The HSA is looking for volunteers for our bi-annual battle of the brains. This is a fun, collaborative event planned for Saturday, November 18, and we could use your help. Please email Jody Gottsacker if you are interested in volunteering.

Arrowhead Cross Country Run: All ages and abilities are welcome to join Arrowhead's Grade School Cross Country Run tomorrow, September 15! Please visit their flier for more information. 

Upcoming Pancake Breakfast: Hartland's Fire Department is hosting their Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, October 14 from 7 a.m.-12 p.m. Please visit their flier for more information. 

CMH Open House: Catholic Memorial High School's Open House will be on Sunday, October 15 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Please visit their website for more information and to register for the event.
