NEWS & NOTES
All-School Mass: Our scholars and staff will be attending Mass today at 8:30 a.m.! Students are welcome to wear their Sunday best or uniforms. Please join us as we celebrate our last Mass of the year!
Staff Updates: At this time of year, we usually have to say "see you later=E2=80=9D to a few staff members who are stepping away from their role but who will definitely still be a part of our school community. Please join us in thanking the below staff members for their dedication and service to St. Charles! We wish them the best of luck with their new adventures and will miss them next year.

We would also like to announce some internal staffing changes for next year. Our current 5K Teacher Mrs. Kaiser will be one of our 4K Teachers next Fall, and Ms. Halverson, our current 5th Grade Teacher, will be moving to 5K.
Student Reports: Please look for your student's report card, which is coming home today. Students in 5K-8th Grade will also receive their Spring MAP Testing report. Students in 3rd, 5th, and 7th Grade will also bring home ITBS (Iowa Testing of Basic Skills) reports. We are incredibly proud of the growth students have made throughout the year and continue to celebrate a tradition of excellence in academics at St. Charles!

3K Update: We are excited to announce that we are in the process of creating an additional 3K classroom for next year! As you may have noticed, St. Charles=E2=80=99 Worship Team has moved out of their offices. Construction will begin soon on the Worship Team=E2=80=99s previous office space to convert it into a classroom for our youngest scholars, which will include a small bathroom. Our 3K classrooms will be right across the hall from each other!
40 Hours Devotion: Start your summer with the Lord! We invite you to take part in the 40 Hours Devotion this weekend. There will be opportunities for adoration from Friday, June 9 at 9:30 a.m. through just prior to 7 a.m. Mass on Sunday, June 11. After the 11 a.m. Mass that day, the parish will celebrate a Eucharistic Procession. Please visit our website for more information and to sign up for the 40 Hours Devotion.

SCHOOL OFFICE UPDATES
Summer Office Hours: The School Office will be open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. this summer. You can reach us by phone at 262-367-2040 or email.
Student Medications: Does your child have any medications in our health room such as inhalers, epi pens, etc.? Please stop by the School Office today to pick them up.
Lost & Found: Has your child lost anything throughout the second half of the school year? Please check our Lost & Found today! Unclaimed items will be donated to St. Vincent de Paul.
Back-to-School Forms: Back-to-school forms will be available in early August. Please keep an eye on your inbox!
Email Communications: We will be communicating with families on an as-needed basis over summer. Our Weekly Rundown and Week Ahead emails will resume starting on Thursday, August 3.

HOME & SCHOOL ASSOCIATION REMINDERS
Used Uniform Sale: There will be a Used Uniform Sale this July! More information is coming soon. If you have any new and/or gently-used uniform items you would like to donate to the sale, please drop them off in the box outside of the School Office.
School Supply Boxes: Don't forget to purchase your school supply box(es) for the 2023-2024 school year! Save a lot of time by shopping online through 1st Day School Supplies' website. Please visit the online store to place your order by June 30.
Buddy Families Needed: The Home & School Association is in need of families willing to become Buddy Families! We are looking for you to welcome the new family, answer any questions they may have, and check in periodically to see how things are going. If you are interested in being a Buddy Family or have additional questions, please contact our Buddy Family Coordinators.

REMINDERS
Athletics Registration: Athletics registration is open for the 2023-2024 school year for students in 5th-8th Grade! All parish children who participate in our school, religious education programs, or in a parish-approved, home-based catechetical/religious education program are eligible to play. Please visit our website for more information and to sign up by Thursday, June 15.

Catholic Memorial Programs: Girls in 4-8th Grade are invited to register for CMH's poms and dance program! Please visit their website to sign up. CMH is also offering Jr. Crusader Football for boys in 4th-7th Grade. Visit their website to register.
Town Hall Library Volunteering: Summer library programs are starting soon at Town Hall Library in North Lake, and they are in need of volunteers to help out. Please visit their Google form to sign up if you are interested. Volunteers must be age 11 and up.
