Buddy Families Needed: Is your family looking for different ways to give back to the school? The Home & School Association is in need of families willing to become Buddy Families! As a Buddy Family, you will reach out to the new family or families you've been assigned. We are looking for you to welcome the new family, answer any questions they may have, and check in periodically to see how things are going. This is an easy and fun way to earn volunteer hours! If you are interested in being a Buddy Family or have additional questions, please contact our Buddy Family Coordinators.
Artist of the Week: 7th Grader Casey has been nominated as Artsonia's Artist of the Week! Please go to Artsonia's website to vote by end of day Saturday, May 13.
Raise Right's New Features: Raise Right has added new "Buy Now" and "Add Money Now" buttons on the latest version of their mobile app! Save time by simply tapping "Buy Now" or "Add Money Now" and then swipe to confirm your purchase. To enable these quicker purchases, make sure you have online payments set up within Payment Options in your account settings.
VIP Day: Thank you to everyone who attended our VIP Day last Friday! We were blessed to have a great turnout of food donations and parent volunteers, as well. Thank you to Kelly Beaudry, Joni Buchmeier, Kate Nothem, Kathleen Hoban, Kristen Jessup, Liz Mrugacz, Ivy Bauer, Danielle Cruise, Mary Budiac and John Selthafner (not pictured) for all of their hard work prepping food, cleaning the kitchen, and monitoring the event.

3rd Graders had their Little House on the Prairie Day last week!
Students transformed their homerooms into one-room schoolhouses in the 1800s, completed tasks in groups, and played games. Everyone had a wonderful time!

HOME & SCHOOL ASSOCIATION REMINDERS
Used Book Sale: The Home & School Association is collecting for our next Used Book Sale! As you start your Spring cleaning, please set aside gently-used books for children and young adults and drop them off in the bin by the School Office.

Our piano students will participate in their second recital this school year on Saturday, May 20 at Hartland Piano!
Harrison, Erika, Calleigh, Jonathan, and Julianne also elected to perform at the Federation Festival competition on February 4. All five students received Superior Ratings and are eligible to compete at the State Level, also on May 20. Calleigh competed in the Wisconsin School Music Association District and State Levels in voice, as well, and received an Exemplary Nomination (the highest level). Please join us in celebrating all the piano students and wish them well on their upcoming recital and competitions!

Mother's Day Rose Sale: Our Respect Life/Elizabeth Ministry Group will offer roses this weekend after all Masses in the hallway across from the Borromeo Room. Your suggested donation of $3 per rose (or more) helps our Respect Life Ministry purchase religious items for our Elizabeth Ministry baskets, which will be on display, and offer prayerful events and activities to honor and respect life throughout the year! This is a great way to honor mothers, grandmothers, or anyone special in your life.
