Dear Parents,
It is with great honor but also a heavy heart that we celebrate our amazing, dedicated, extremely talented, and beloved Art/STEM Teacher Mrs. Dianne Binger as she has announced her retirement at the end of this school year. After thirty-five years at St. Charles and almost forty years in education, Mrs. Binger is looking forward to spending more time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Throughout her three-plus decades of service to the St. Charles community, she has instilled a love for learning and for Christ in thousands of children. She has helped students identify and use their God-given gifts and has truly shaped so many artists. Her dedication to Catholic education is inspiring and cannot be matched. Mrs. Binger has given herself to her students and has displayed over and over again what it means to be a servant leader. She will be leaving a lasting legacy at St. Charles, not only across our campus but in the hearts of all of our current and former students.
Please join me in congratulating Mrs. Binger on all of her accomplishments and wish her the very best in her well-deserved retirement!
Following His plan,
Mr. Garvey

NEWS & NOTES
VIP Day: We are excited to welcome our VIPs tomorrow! As a reminder, please have guests park in our west lot and/or obey posted parking signs on the street. We highly encourage families to carpool to help alleviate traffic and parking. Students must check in with their teacher when they arrive and check out before they leave.
Mother's Day Rose Sale: Our Respect Life/Elizabeth Ministry Group will offer roses on Mother's Day weekend (May 13 and 14) after all Masses in the hallway across from the Borromeo Room. Your suggested donation of $3 per rose (or more) helps our Respect Life Ministry purchase religious items for our Elizabeth Ministry baskets, which will be on display, and offer prayerful events and activities to honor and respect life throughout the year! This is a great way to honor mothers, grandmothers, or anyone special in your life.
