NEWS & NOTES
Singing in the New Year: If you are new to the school and/or have been thinking about sharing your gifts in our Music Ministry, now is a great time! We will be preparing a new Cantor Schedule soon and learning new music in the choirs. The school choirs have some exciting outreach opportunities coming up, including singing at the Milwaukee Admirals game and a Youth Choir Festival at the Cathedral. There is something for everyone in Music Ministry at St. Charles. If you are ready to share your gift of song, contact Dr. Aaron Mathews or Peg Kasun for more information.
Schoenstatt Traveling Rosary Shrine: The Schoenstatt Traveling Rosary Shrine travels from home to home on Wednesdays weekly. As a host family, place the Blessed Shrine in a place of honor. Pray the Rosary as a family, read scripture together, and talk about Mary as a model of love for Christ. At week's end, contact the next host family to arrange the transfer. Our Blessed Mother promises special graces and protections to those who pray the Rosary! Please visit the sign-up page for more information and to sign up for a week.
Knights of Columbus Thank You: We'd like to extend a big thank you to Mike Voss and the Knights of Columbus Council #3562 for their continued support of St. Charles Parish School. With their generous donation, we were able to purchase a class set of VEX robotic kits and some additional STEM materials. Their gift also helped us provide more online math resources for our 3rd-5th Grade students. We are so grateful!

Men's Group Winter Kick-Off: Men are invited to join our Men's Group winter kick-off on Thursday, January 12 from 5:30-7 a.m. for a hot breakfast, new friendships, and growing in your faith. Our program will be The Bible and the Virgin Mary based on Scott Hahn's popular book Hail, Holy Queen. The Bible and the Virgin Mary unveils the great importance and mystery of Our Lady that is woven into the fabric of Sacred Scripture. We hope you can join us on Thursday mornings for this opportunity to grow in your relationship with our Blessed Mother and Jesus.
