After School Care: After school care registration is now open! Hot Lunch: We will be continuing our partnership with Kettle Moraine School District for our hot lunch program. If you would like your child to participate in the hot lunch program, you will need to register for an account with Kettle Moraine. Please visit their website for more information and to register. Hot lunch will be $3.60/lunch.

Bus Transportation: If you would like your child to take the bus to and/or from school, contact Dousman Transport to add them to the bus route for this year. Please call 262-966-9690 or email them. They will not come to your location unless you sign up with them directly.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Fall Fest Volunteering: We are looking for parent and child volunteers for about thirty minutes after each weekend Mass! Kids hand out Ball Drop envelopes with Grand Raffle Tickets as people exit church, and adults are at the Fall Fest table in the Borromeo Room. Please sign up if you are able to help!

Borromeo Room Greeters: We are in need of help in our Borromeo Room next week! Parent volunteers will welcome visitors and direct them to the Parish Office as needed. This is a great chance to meet parishioners and fellow parents! Please visit our sign-up page to check out what opportunities we have open.
REMINDERS
Food Service Staffing: Kettle Moraine Food Service is looking to fill the cook position at St. Charles for this school year. No experience needed! Enjoy a competitive wage, sick and personal days, free lunch, uniform allowance, pension, and bonus potential. Have off summers and when there's no school. Call Joe Claas at 262-968-6300 ext. 5323 or email for more information.

Safe Environment Training: Parents who volunteer in our school need to complete Safe Environment Training through the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. It is a requirement in keeping with the safety and wellbeing of our children. St. Charles is hosting a live training session tonight as well as on Tuesday, October 18. Sessions start at 6 p.m. and will be held in the Borromeo Room. The Archdiocese also offers sessions at other locations in the event you are unable to attend a live training session here. For more information and to register for a training session, please visit their website

After-School Care Donations: We are looking to gather games, puzzles, activities, art supplies, etc. for our after-school care program! If you (or a friend) find yourself cleaning out a closet or storage area on a rainy day, please consider donating any of these items. You are welcome to bring them to the School Office. Thank you in advance for your help!
