Dear Parents,

A big congratulations to our 8th Grade Class of 2022! We are beyond proud of this group and all of their accomplishments at St. Charles. Please keep these students in your prayers as they embark on their next adventure =E2=80=94 high school!

COVID Updates: As we prepare for next school year, our COVID policies will be updated as listed below. COVID policies will be revisited in August prior to the start of the 2022-2023 school year.

We encourage you to continue to monitor the daily health of your child(ren). It is important to keep your child(ren) home when they are not feeling well.

New Hire: We are excited to announce that we have hired Ms. Angela Marco as our new Middle School Religion Teacher! She will be a great addition to our team and brings with her an amazing and inspiring faith life. Angela will be moving here this summer from Mississippi, where she is currently working as the Campus Minister at Sacred Heart Catholic School in Hattiesburg. Angela has a degree in Theology from the Franciscan University of Steubenville. Please keep her in your prayers as she makes the move to Hartland! 

Staff Departures: We have a few staff members that we will be saying goodbye to after the school year. We are forever grateful for their dedication to St. Charles, and we will continue to pray for them as they take on new adventures. 

Library Books Due: All library books were due last week! Please return any overdue books. Printed notes have been sent home with students; please check backpacks and folders. Any missing books will be charged to your TADS account in June. Please do not replace books on your own. Thank you!

Tuition Assistance: The application for tuition assistance will be available through TADS starting on Wednesday, June 15!

School Supply List: Don't forget to save the school supply list for the 2022-2023 school year! Please contact the School Office with any questions. 

June 9 Parking: Street parking will not be available after school on Thursday, June 9 due to a funeral visitation. Students must be picked up in the West/Gym lot that day! 

Dock Hounds Game: Don't miss out on a chance to see our children's choirs sing the National Anthem at the Dock Hounds game on Thursday, June 9 at 6:35 p.m.! Invite friends and family along to enjoy an evening of baseball and fun. A portion of ticket sales will be donated to our school. Please visit their website to purchase tickets. Food Service Staffing: Thank you to Mrs. Cathy Quick for running our kitchen this year! Kettle Moraine Food Service is looking to fill the cook position at St. Charles for the upcoming school year. No experience needed! Enjoy a competitive wage, sick and personal days, free lunch, uniform allowance, pension, and bonus potential. Have off summers and when there's no school. Daisy Troop Food Drive: St. Charles Daisy Troop #1381 needs your help to earn their My Promise, My Faith Award and Food Drive patch! These girls are hosting a food drive for the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry and are trying to collect the most-needed items from now until Thursday, June 9. Golf Outing: The Golf Outing needs your help to be a success! Businesses are great sponsors, and we also welcome families and classes to be hole sponsors! We can accept sponsors until June 3. Register on our website to become a sponsor today! 

Get Your Fall Fest Spirit On: Join us at the Hartland Hometown Parade on Sunday, June 26 at 1:30 p.m.! Sign up now until June 10 to walk in the parade and let everyone know Fall Fest is back. You are also invited to show your support by donating candy for the parade and purchasing spirit wear for Fall Fest! These items can be worn as spirit wear at school. Visit our website for more information, to purchase your spirit wear, and/or to sign up for the parade.

40 Hours of Devotion: We will have 40 Hours of Devotion from Friday, June 17 through Sunday, June 19! There must be a minimum of at least two adorers to sign up for every hour so that Jesus is never left alone. Please visit our website for more information and to sign up!

After-School Care: We are continuing to work on our after-school care plan for next year. At this time, we are looking to hire staff to run our program. If you or someone you know is interested in working with our after-school care program, please contact the School Office for more information. This position(s) will be Monday through Friday from 3:25-5:30 p.m.

Athletic Registration: Athletic registration is open for the 2022-2023 school year! To sign up or for more information, please visit our website. Registration closes on Saturday, June 18!

School Supply Boxes: There are only four weeks left to purchase your school supply boxes! Orders are due by July 1. This is a great opportunity to save some time this summer and get everything you need =E2=80=94 all delivered directly to St. Charles! Please visit 1st Day School Supplies' website to order. 

Buddy Family Program: Are you looking for a way to meet new families and volunteer for the school at the same time? The Home and School Association is looking for family volunteers to participate in the Buddy Family Program for the 2022-2023 school year. The time commitment to volunteer is minimal and can be done from anywhere! Please visit our website for more information. 

Volunteer Opportunities: We would love your help in our lunch room and health room! Please visit the Lunch Room sign-up page and the Health Room sign-up page to check out open opportunities. Parents must be safeguarded and have a current background check (from within the last five years) in order to volunteer. Please contact the School Office if you are unsure of your status.
