Dear Parents, 

You should have received an email from your child's classroom teacher yesterday afternoon with a link to sign up for Parent/Teacher Conferences. Please reserve a time to meet with teachers by Monday, November 8. We look forward to seeing you all next week!

• 3K-5th Grades: 
  • Wednesday, November 10 (4-8 p.m.) - in person
  • Thursday, November 11 (8:30 a.m.-12 p.m.) - in person
  • Thursday, November 11 (12:30-4:30 p.m.) - virtual (via Zoom)
• 6th-8th Grades:
  • Wednesday, November 10 (4-8 p.m.) - in person
  • Thursday, November 11 (8:30-11:30 a.m.) - in person
  • Thursday, November 11 (12-4:30 p.m.) - virtual (via Zoom)
• Parking: Please park in the West Lot and enter through the Gym doors.

COVID Update: We currently have four students in isolation for testing positive for COVID. Additionally, we have three students in quarantine due to being considered close contacts of a positive case outside of St. Charles. Please remember to continue monitoring your child's health daily and keep your kids home if they are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or are not feeling well. We are enormously grateful for all of your prayers and support for our students, staff, and school community!

Flannel Friday: Students can dress down tomorrow for Flannel Friday! 

Pizza Lunch: Our next pizza lunch is on Wednesday, November 10! It is sponsored by our 8th Grade class to help raise funds for graduation. Please print and submit the order form to the School Office by tomorrow.

Treat Our Teachers: Thank you to all of the parents who signed up to help provide dinner and breakfast for our teachers during conferences! Please drop off all items by Wednesday, November 10 on the cart outside of the School Office. 

Birch & Banyan Day: Please visit Birch & Banyan on Tuesday, November 16 in support of St. Charles! They will donate $1 from every cup of drip coffee to our school. 

St. Charles Ski & Snowboard Club: Students, parents, and all parish members are welcome to join! First-time beginners for skiing and snowboarding are also encouraged to sign up. Lift tickets, rentals, and optional lessons are at great group rates! The club meets at Little Switzerland in Slinger and will be meeting on January 21, January 28, February 18, and February 25 from 4-9:30 p.m. Click here for detailed registration information. Mom's Favorite Things Gift Exchange: Save the date for our Mom's Favorite Things Gift Exchange on Thursday, December 2 at 6:30 p.m.! Please visit our sign-up page for more information and to register. 

Dessert Dash: Calling all bakers! Do you love to bake? Do you have a signature dessert that you want to show off? If so, please considering signing up to make a dessert for the St. Charles Auction Dessert Dash to be held on Saturday, February 26!

Hot Lunch: Hot lunch orders for the week of November 15 open tomorrow! Please visit Kettle Moraine's website to place your order by Wednesday, November 10. Late orders will not be accepted.  

Book Fair: The Follett Book Fair will run from November 9-15! It will be open in the Borromeo Room during school hours on November 9 and 10, outside of the school library during Parent/Teacher Conferences on November 10 and 11, and after all weekend Masses on November 13 and 14. Trivia Night: Registration is open for Trivia Night on Saturday, November 20! The deadline to sign up is next Friday, November 12. Please visit our website for more information and to register! 

Auction Volunteers: Volunteer opportunities for the St. Charles Annual Dinner & Auction are filling fast! This is a great way to meet fellow St. Charles families. Please visit our sign-up page to check out the areas in which we need help. The next planning meeting is on Wednesday, November 17 at 6:30 p.m.

Volunteer Opportunities: We would love your help in our lunch room and health room! Interested in volunteering? Please visit the Lunch Room sign-up page and the Health Room sign-up page to check out open opportunities. Parents must be safeguarded and have a current background check (from within the last five years) in order to volunteer. Please contact the School Office if you are unsure of your status.
