COVID Update:
We have five students in quarantine due to being considered a close contact outside of St. Charles. Please remember to keep your child home if they are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or are not feeling well. This remains our biggest mitigation measure, and we appreciate everyone's efforts and sacrifices to keep our school healthy. Please keep our students and staff in your prayers!
MAP Testing Student Progress Reports: Fall MAP Testing results will be sent home
today for students in 5K through 8th Grade. These data are used to help teachers and students set specific learning goals, track achievement, and monitor academic growth. Students will take the math and reading tests in Winter and again in Spring. You can learn more about MAP Testing from the
Parent Toolkit. Please contact your child's teacher with any questions you may have.
Dress Down Pass Sale:
Don't forget to order dress down passes by
tomorrow! Each child can purchase 2 packs of 5 dress down passes ($10/pack). Print out
the form and return it to the School Office. The fee will be applied to your TADS account; please do not send cash/checks. Students must use all of their 1
st semester passes by
February 1. Dress down passes cannot be used on Mass days. Passes purchased during this sale will be distributed to families the week of
October 11.
Father Daughter Dance: The Home & School Association is hosting our 2nd annual Father Daughter Dance on
Saturday from
6:30-8:30 p.m. Please join us for a Daddy Daughter Sweetheart Dance! The cost is $30 per family. Proceeds will go toward St. Charles staff development and enrichment. Check out

Pizza Lunch: Our next pizza lunch is on
Wednesday, October 13! It is sponsored by our 8th Grade class to help raise funds for graduation. Please print and submit the
order form to the School Office by
Friday, October 8.
Auction Volunteers: We are looking for volunteers to help with the St. Charles Annual Dinner & Auction to be held on
February 26, 2022. This is a great way to meet fellow St. Charles families! Please visit our
sign-up page to check out the areas in which we need help. Join us for our auction volunteers kick-off meeting at Beer Snobs on
October 7 at
6 p.m.!
Trunk or Treat: Mark your calendars and get costumes ready for St. Charles' 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat on
Friday, October 22 in our west parking lot! This year's event will benefit St. Vincent de Paul. New this year =E2=80=94 dinner will be available to purchase! More information coming soon. Please email
