WHAT'S NEW?
St. Charles Curbside: Curbside was a huge success! Thank you to Jill Herkowski, Tim Pierret, and all of the staff and volunteers who helped make this event happen. We are so grateful for our community's support!
Picture Day: We had a very successful Picture Day yesterday! The kids looked great and did a wonderful job smiling for our photographers. A big thank-you to Amy Galati for all her hard work in organizing this event and being here to assist all of our students!
Dress Down Pass Sale: We will be selling dress down passes from September 21-October 2! Purchase five dress down passes for $10 and let your kids have days off from wearing their uniform. For 1st semester: Each child can purchase 2 packs of 5 dress down passes ($10/pack). Print the form here and turn it in to the School Office. The fee will be applied to your TADS account; please do not send cash/checks. Students must use all of their 1 st semester passes by February 1. Dress down passes cannot be used on Mass days. Passes purchased during this sale will be distributed to families the week of October 12.
Parent Information Night: Thank you for your patience and understanding as we get this new and unique school year underway! We will need to conduct our Parent Information Nights a little differently this year (virtually) but will still make sure you receive all of the necessary information from your child's teacher(s). We will share more information in the coming weeks, but please note the date of October 1 for our Parent Information Night.
School Masses: As you may have heard in Fr. Ken and Fr. Nick's video on Monday, the seating capacity for Mass will be increased. During school Masses, our safety protocols will still be in place, and students will continue to be socially distanced.
Early Release Day: There will be early release on Tuesday, September 22 at 11:45 a.m. for Teacher In-service.
Back-to-School Forms: Please turn in your Back-to-School Forms if you haven't already! Click here for the forms.
Soles for Catholic Education Walk: The Soles for Catholic Education Walk is going virtual this year on Saturday, October 17! More information is coming soon on how St. Charles plans to participate as a community. In the meantime, you are able to donate to St. Charles through the Soles for Catholic Education Walk website! Money raised through their website will be matched by sponsorship dollars donated by Walk Sponsors. The more we earn, the more money we will receive in matching funds! Money raised will go toward new playground equipment here at St. Charles. Please consider donating through the Soles for Catholic Education Walk website to help us receive matching funds. Thank you for supporting our school and Catholic education!
St. Charles Masks: St. Charles face masks are available in gold and black! Youth masks are $8, and adult masks are $10. Quantities are very limited! You will be billed for masks through your TADS account, and masks will be sent home with your child. If you are interested in a St. Charles mask, please contact Allison Caswell.
