Dismissal went so smoothly yesterday! Thank you again for your patience as we fine-tuned our pick-up procedures. In case you didn't read yesterday's email about dismissal updates, please read below.
First, thank you for all your patience and support as we tried a couple different ways to make sure all of our kiddos got picked up safely. As we have stated before, we will continuously make adjustments to our procedures as we identify areas for improvement. We have assessed and reassessed our pick-up procedure, and we feel that with appropriate safety measures in place, we can go back to offering a Safe Parking area, which will greatly help in reducing the length of the pick-up line. We need everyone=E2=80=99s help to make this work, so please review the Pick-Up Map to know what to do when you arrive.
Our dismissal time is at 3:25 p.m., so please DO NOT arrive before 3 p.m. We have an afternoon recess until 2:45 p.m., and Mr. Maltsch has gym classes outside until 3:15 p.m. We want to ensure that we maintain a safe outdoor environment for our students and staff. Thank you for your help and understanding!
If you choose to utilize the Safe Parking area, please make sure that you wear a mask when you exit your vehicle to get your child(ren). When you leave the parking lot, you will exit through the Renson Road driveway. Please be careful when crossing the other pick-up line for the West Gym doors.
