THE WEEKLY RUNDOWN
September 12, 2019

MISSION STATEMENT: St. Charles Parish School in Hartland, Wisconsin nourishes and grows a vibrant Catholic community committed to innovation, responsiveness and compassion as it prepares and challenges students in their intellectual, spiritual and moral lives.

Parents and Students,

What an awesome and wonderful Fall Fest weekend! St. Charles was rockin' all weekend with many school families, parishioners, friends, and community members coming together to share in laughter and good times as well as support St. Charles Parish and School. We are truly blessed to have so many amazing volunteers who put in countless hours to pull this event off. I am almost positive Brian Kuss and some others were on the grounds working around the clock. Many, many, many thank you's to Brian and Heather Kuss for taking the lead and putting on a great show! A huge shout-out to Chris Thorsen and Gregg Brunclick and their teams. This event would not have been successful without you and all of the other volunteers who contributed immense amounts of time and energy to this weekend. Our school families were out in force volunteering for a multitude of shifts. They really pulled together! We are eternally grateful for everything you do for St. Charles!

Following His plan,
Mr. Garvey

Cub Scout Pack 24: Your son is invited to join Cub Scouts! Pack 24 is chartered by St. Charles Catholic Church. Boys in 5K through 5th Grade are eligible. Cub Scouts provide a wide range of exciting activities. Our program is designed to positively influence character development and encourage spiritual growth. The boys will develop habits and attitudes of good citizenship, sportsmanship, and improve understanding within the family. Cub Scouting fosters a sense of personal achievement by showing how to be helpful and to do one's best. Most of all, Cub Scouting provides boys fun and exciting new things to do! The Pack is sponsoring donut Sunday on September 15, so please stop by to learn more. Our first Pack meeting is on Tuesday, September 17 from 6:30-8 p.m. in the Parish Hall. We have a dynamic pack and would love to have more St. Charles families involved.
