The Weekly Rundown

MISSION STATEMENT: St. Charles Parish School in Hartland, Wisconsin nourishes and grows a vibrant Catholic community committed to innovation, responsiveness and compassion as it prepares and challenges students in their intellectual, spiritual and moral lives.

Parents and Students,

Summer is flying by and things are moving along very well here during the summer months as we get closer and closer to the start of the new school year.

I hope everyone is enjoying their time with family and friends, backyard campfires, evenings on the patio, festivals, hitting the links, traveling, attending the countless number of sporting events and tournaments, getting out on the lake, and simply enjoying the awesome weather!

Just a few things for this week ...

TADS Agreements: Tuition Agreements are in the process of being completed. Please keep an eye out for an email from TADS in the coming weeks and promptly complete your agreement. Completing the agreements won't take long and this quick response makes for an easy start to the school year. Thank you in advance!

Update TADS Account: Have you recently moved, changed your cell phone number or switched jobs and now have a new email address? Be sure to update contact information in TADS. This allows the School Office to keep current with important information. Thank you for your assistance.

4 P=E2=80=99s in a Pod:  We are excited about our new partnership with 4 P=E2=80=99s in a Pod. We have received awesome feedback from parents, as well as other schools that use 4 P=E2=80=99s and we've heard about the amazing and healthy food options, easy ordering process, little to no waste, and an overall positive experience. An email was sent to all families on July 9 introducing our new hot lunch program. If you didn=E2=80=99t see it, click HERE for information in regards to setting up your hot lunch account. As we have stated in previous Weekly Rundowns, we found a new hot lunch vendor because Taher (our previous vendor) is no longer able to service St. Charles. If you want hot lunch for your child in August and September you must order by Thursday, Aug. 15. Take time now to set up your account and make your selections.

School Supply List: The 2019-2020 School Supply List is now available. Click HERE to see the list. Happy Shopping!

Back-To-School Shopping: We're not trying to hurry along summer vacation but we wanted to let you know about Back-to-School deals taking place through Lands' End. If you're thinking ahead and want to get a jumpstart on stopping, check out the Lands' End website and look for the school uniform section. And before buying anything from Lands' End be sure to purchase SCRIP online to pay for the school clothes.

For those parents buying the plaid jumpers and skirts for their daughters, here are links to the websites on Lands' End where they can be ordered. The color is Evergreen/White Plaid.
