The admissions process provides opportunities for you to get to know St. Charles Parish School and for the school to get to know your student.
What You Should Know
Applications are accepted throughout the school year, and students of all races, creeds, and ethnic backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The enrollment process generally begins in January prior to the beginning of the school year.
- Children entering 3K must be three years old by Sept. 1.
- Children entering 4K must be four years old by the time school starts in September.
- Children entering 5K must be five years old.
- Students may begin or transfer to St. Charles at any time during the school year, space permitting.
After the steps listed have been completed, the admissions committee will carefully review your child's admission forms. You will be contacted in a timely manner about your child's class placement.
*A non-refundable application fee must be received before the application can be processed. St. Charles Parish School will contact you to explain the next steps in the admission process.
How to Apply
St. Charles utilizes the TADS online platform for the application process. Visit MyTADS to begin the process. You will create an account with TADS and follow the prompts to tell us about your student(s), provide contact information, etc. If you have any questions about the online application, please contact our office during business hours.
